Good morning Lapland!
The temperature has really dropped off in Lapland and we were able to get a great view of the Northern Lights last night - lucky for all of us, we had a camera ready! I'll post the pics when I have a chance to edit them. It's really an amazing sight to take in! It's been really cold over the past few days (-20C would have been a warm up) that that really helps make it easier to see them. When you see the pic, you'll know that we had no problems viewing the amazing green glow in the sky.
The Luoston Hovi is blanketed under a fresh layer of snow as it keeps coming down in the Arctic Circle. The Christmas season may be over, but that doesn't keep us from enjoying the great weather.
